Parking: Each apartment comes with one or two parking spaces in the underground car park, and the complex comes with a parking area for bicycles. The villas have private garages for 2 cars.

Storage rooms: Each apartment comes with 1 or 2 storage rooms included in the price.

Sustainability

All the properties in Finestrat Paradise Resort will have an A energy rating, ensuring maximum efficiency and savings. The resort has a self-consumption system of up to 35 KWh (located above the gym) to supply the communal areas. Each block of apartments is equipped with solar panels of between 3 and 6 KWh for the shared areas of each building. In addition, the properties with private solarium (on the second floor) will have 3 solar panels exclusively for the self-consumption of each home. All the villas have their own private installation of solar panels of up to 6kW.

These exclusive villas offer 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as an underground parking area of 73 m² with capacity for 2 cars.
